We’re two working lash artists who took different roads into the same calling. What began as side hustles in spare bedrooms quickly grew into full-time careers, thriving businesses, and a deep passion for education.
Between us, we have over 12 years of combined industry experience, have built brands from the ground up, and learned that the real magic in this industry isn’t just in the lashes.. it’s in the women behind them.
Our Story
BAE Circle was founded by Nicole and Kookla to raise the standard of lash education.
Between us, we have over 10 years of combined industry experience and have trained, mentored, and worked alongside lash artists at every stage of their journey. Along the way, we realised something important, students don’t just need technique, they need confidence, clarity, and education that actually prepares them for real clients.
We’ve both built successful personal brands within our lash businesses and saw first-hand how connection and trust play a huge role in long-term success. That’s something we intentionally weave into our training, because behind every set of lashes is a person learning, growing, and building their future.

Nicole brings creativity, energy, and innovation into every course. She makes learning engaging, hands-on, and current, always evolving with industry trends and techniques. She’s known for opening the tabs and thinking big, ensuring students feel excited and inspired while they learn.
Kookla brings structure, depth, and guidance. She ensures every course is clear, well-paced, and supportive, with strong foundations and step-by-step learning. Her approach creates confidence through understanding, not shortcuts, helping students truly master their skills.
Together, we’ve created lash courses that are practical, supportive, and rooted in real industry experience - both online and in person.
